Refund and Returns Policy

At Baghpat Fress, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take utmost care to deliver fresh, pure, and high-quality dairy products. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fresh dairy items like ghee, paneer, dahi, khoya), returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

However, a return or replacement may be considered only if:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Refunds

Once your complaint is verified:

  • A replacement will be shipped, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds (if applicable) will be completed within 5–7 working days.

No Refund / Return Applicable If

  • Delay caused due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Product opened, consumed, or stored improperly
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma (natural in dairy products)
